About
This blog is the website of our Tekes-funded project, Digital Reputation; Characterizing and parameterizing reputation, reputation risks and the impact of digital publicity on client/customer intelligence and the competitive advantage of service organizations. Project partners are University of Helsinki, Aalto University School of Economics and University of Turku.
In this blog, we will be writing about possible future directions for defining reputation management in digital publicity and neighbouring interesting subject areas. Our approach builds on existing research in reputation risk, organizational communication, management studies and studies on online communication. We introduce linguistic tools and methods in order to develop a framework for reputational modeling and analysis of digital publicity contents and use EEG, facial AMG and EDA measurements to study emotional and motivational processes associated with digital reputation.

It would be great to have the blog’s current writers’ short bios & photos on this page?
